Birthday Party Experience

Give your child an unforgettable musical experience with our unique party space. Our 2000-square-foot room features an interactive projection dance floor and a DJ booth equipped with a pre-programmed Ableton Push, filled with exciting musical loops and beats. Your child will have a blast creating their own songs on the fly, turning their party into a dynamic, personalized silent disco! If they would rather stream their own music, we can also arrange for a playlist hook-up from a phone/tablet/iPod.

Our silent disco headphones ensure that all the kids can enjoy the music while still allowing adults to converse comfortably. The interactive dance floor offers fun games and projections that will entertain everyone. Plus, we can organize a special arrival activity to kick off the celebration as guests arrive.

Exclusive Access: Enjoy exclusive use of the Electronic Music Club Lloyd Center location for a full 2 hours. Plus, the host gets an additional 15 minutes before and after the party for decorating and cleanup. While you're responsible for cleaning up what you bring, we'll handle the final cleanup!

  • Bring Your Own Food: Outside food is welcome! If you have any questions about bringing in homemade dishes, please email us to make arrangements. We appreciate your consideration in keeping your offerings reasonable. Please do not bring any alcoholic beverages.

  • Fun Activities: The package includes a Silent Disco DJ experience, an interactive dance floor, and engaging arrival activities to kick off the fun.

  • Facilities Note: Please note that we do not have a microwave. Also, we are a glitter-free and confetti-free facility, including confetti balloons.

Pricing:

  • Rental Fee: The space rental is $350 for up to 15 children. Adults attend for free! Additional children are welcome at $10 each beyond the initial 15. Our silent disco can accommodate up to 20 participants, and we can host up to 50 people in total due to occupancy limits.

  • Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your final total on the day of the party. Online bookings incur an additional $5.70 processing fee, which is not applied to the $350 rental fee.

  • Timing: To respect our employees' time and other scheduled parties, we ask that you strictly adhere to your allotted time slots. The host is responsible for ensuring guests leave promptly at the end of the party. Additional fees of $25 per 5-minute increment will be charged for overstaying.

  • Refund Policy: The deposit is 50% refundable up to 30 days before your scheduled party date, after which it becomes non-refundable. However, we are flexible and willing to reschedule in case of family emergencies, provided we can rebook the reserved time. Birthday parties can only be booked on Saturdays and Sundays, as weekdays are reserved for classes, workshops, and activities.
